Yes. These online yoga classes are beginner-friendly: group sessions are designed for all experience levels, and one-to-one sessions are built entirely around where you are today, with modifications and props whenever you need them.
How do online classes work?
You join live from your device, wherever you are. Classes are designed to offer the same depth of interaction and connection as an in-person practice, with real-time alignment cues.
What style of yoga do you teach?
The foundation is traditional Hatha Yoga (asana, shatkarma, pranayama, mudras and bandhas) with elements of Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Restorative Yoga.
What do I need for a session?
A device to dial in and a yoga mat. A yoga strap and blocks are optional but highly recommended, and setting up next to a wall helps.
How long is each class?

What is Hatha Yoga?
Hatha Yoga is the traditional system of yoga that works through the body and breath: asana (postures), pranayama (breath regulation), shatkarma (cleansing techniques), mudras and bandhas. Classical texts such as the Hatha Yoga Pradipika describe it as preparation for meditation and deeper stillness of mind.
Do classes include pranayama?
Yes. Every class includes pranayama (breath work), occasionally integrated with kriyas or shatkarma techniques, alongside asana practice and a closing integration.
What are the fees for online yoga classes?
Fees depend on the format (group or one-to-one) and how many sessions you'd like. Send a note through the inquiry form or a DM on Instagram and Anusha will share the current options.
Can I join from outside India?
Yes. Classes are live and online, so you can join from anywhere in the world. Timings are arranged when you inquire.
